| Q. How long after placing
the order will it be despatched ?
A. Our aim is to despatch every order the same day it is received. It is therefore
important you check the delivery address on the email receipt you receive and if
there are any errors, please notify us by email immediately so
that we can amend your order prior to shipping.
Q. Can we give veterinary advice ?
A. Unfortunately not. Questions of a veterinary nature should be directed to your local veterinarian.

A. No, you will find everything you need on our full range

Q. What method of payment can I use ?
A. We accept Visa and MasterCard payments. Items on our website are displayed in both GBP and USD for our customer's convenience. You can use the currency converter facility to change from USD to your local currency. Customers will be invoiced and charged in GBP only. Conversion into USD or any other currency is performed at the daily exchange rate offered by your credit card company, which may differ from the one used on the web site. Your purchase will show on your credit card statement as "VM4PETS HOL-ADDS INTERNET"
Q. Can orders be placed over the telephone or by fax.
A. Unfortunately not, payment can only be made through our web site.
Q. What if I order the wrong product?
A. If you realise straight away that you have ordered the wrong
product, send us an email immediately and we can correct the error. If the order
has been despatched then unfortunately as outlined in our Terms and Conditions,
shown on the web site, we are not able to accept any returns or give refunds.
Q. I have too many items in my shopping cart – how do
I change it?
A. Click on “Cart Contents”, a screen will appear giving you the
option to amend/remove items, make the changes you require or click the tick-box to the left of
the product to remove completely. Click update when finished.
